Your original columns stay in the file. Files with multiple detected columns add a prefix, such as parse_phone_valid, to identify each result.

Can this help before a call or text campaign?
The checks separate valid numbers, line types, and carriers so you can leave out numbers you do not want to use. This does not guarantee that a person will answer or that a message will be delivered.
Can I upload a list with just phone numbers?
Yes. A single phone column is enough, in a CSV, Excel, or Numbers file. The phone column is detected automatically and you can review it before paying.
What if my spreadsheet has other contact details?
Keep them in the same file. You can check only the phone numbers or select additional checks for supported columns, such as emails, names, and locations. The quote shows the total for your choices before you pay.
What is free, and when do I pay?
Preview results for up to 10 rows for free, without an account or card. Choose your checks and see the exact total before confirming the full run. You can pay once for the file. No subscription is required.
Will my original data or duplicate rows be removed?
The full results preserve your original columns and row order, with check results added in new columns. Duplicate numbers are flagged and their rows are kept.
What do the line types mean?
Mobile, landline, VoIP, and toll-free are the network line type. Invalid means the value is not a valid phone number. Unknown means the carrier check did not return an answer.
Do caller ID and live status come with every file?
The example shows every phone column, including caller ID and live status. Those checks are optional on the quote, with their own prices. Fictional 555 numbers show mobile, burner, roaming, and network values. A check that does not answer stays empty.
Do I pay for checks that cannot finish?
For new one-time files, unanswered checks are automatically refunded when the file's total refund is at least $1. Smaller partial refunds are not issued automatically. Failed jobs receive a full refund. A number that fails validation skips the network checks. See the billing terms.
Do international numbers work?
Yes. Validation and carrier lookup work worldwide. A file of national numbers asks for its country before you run. Caller ID covers North American numbers.
Is the time zone where the person is?
No. The time zone is the numbering plan for the number, such as America/New_York for a 212 number. It is not the location of the handset.
How long will my file take?
The quote includes a processing estimate. Processing continues if you close the page, and an email confirms when the results are ready.
How is my file handled?
Files are stored privately, but anyone with your job link can access them, so keep the link private. Downloads are available for 30 days from upload. See our storage and deletion details, or contact us to request deletion. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
