How does verification help my next campaign?
Use the mailbox results to leave invalid and undeliverable addresses out of your campaign. Disposable and catchall flags help you review other contacts. Verification can reduce avoidable bounces. Final delivery and inbox placement also depend on your sender and the receiving mail server.
What kind of file can I upload?
Upload a CSV, Excel, or Numbers file. A single email column is enough. The column is detected automatically so you can review the selection before paying.
Can I check the other columns too?
Yes. Keep your names, phone numbers, locations, and other contact details in the same file. Select email verification on its own or add checks for supported columns. Your quote shows the total for the checks you choose.
Can I try it before paying?

What happens to my original columns and duplicates?
Your original columns and row order stay intact. Results are added in new columns. Duplicate addresses are flagged, their rows stay in the download, and repeated addresses cost once.
How should I use the result groups?
Deliverable has a positive mailbox result. Invalid identifies an invalid or undeliverable address to leave out of your send. Review includes disposable addresses and catchall domains. A catchall domain accepts addresses without confirming the individual mailbox. Unknown means a completed mailbox result is unavailable, so keep it separate from confirmed addresses.
What happens if a check can't finish?
The order minimum shown before payment applies to completed files. Unanswered checks can refund the amount paid above that minimum. Eligible partial refunds of $1 or more are issued automatically. Smaller partial refunds are not issued automatically. Failed jobs receive a full refund. Unanswered mailbox checks are marked Unknown, with blank result cells. See the billing terms.
How do I use the results in my email platform or CRM?
Download the completed CSV and use the verification columns to choose which contacts to import. Your original email addresses and other contact columns are included. Use your email platform or CRM's CSV import to map the fields you want to keep.
How are first names suggested?
A recognizable name in the address can suggest a first name, such as Jane in jane.doe@example.com. It is a hint from the address, not verified identity. Ambiguous addresses and shared inboxes are left blank.
Does verification contact my subscribers?
Verification checks the addresses without sending a message to the people on your list.
Can I leave while my file is processing?
Your quote shows a processing estimate. Work continues when you close the page. Keep your private job link so you can return for the completed download.
How are files stored and deleted?
Files are stored privately. Anyone with your job link can access them, so keep that link private. Downloads are available for 30 days from upload. See the storage and deletion details, or contact us to request deletion. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
