Free sample: A slice of your file is verified on the quote. Floor of 3, 5 percent of billable rows, cap of 25. A one-row file is the exception.
Unknowns refunded: If we cannot answer, that share comes back. If the job stops short, the remainder comes back too.
Results last 30 days: We email the download when the run finishes. Download available for 30 days.
