HOW IT WORKS

Junk is free
Duplicates and rows that are not an IP address never enter the bill.
Free sample
A slice of your file is verified on the quote. Floor of 3, 5 percent of billable rows, cap of 25. A one-row file is the exception.
Unknowns refunded
If we cannot answer, that share comes back. If the job stops short, the remainder comes back too.

Bring your team
On a plan, invite teammates from dashboard settings. Anyone on the team can drop a file and run it from the shared allowance. Owners and admins manage the plan and spending limits.

QUESTIONS

What does the lookup return?
Country, state, city, the network operator, and a datacenter flag for every unique address. IPv4 and IPv6 come back in the same columns.
Can I run a log file?
Yes. Export the IP column to CSV and drop it. Duplicates are free, so a raw access log bills once per unique address.
Do you charge for duplicates?
No. The bill counts unique, valid-shaped addresses. Duplicates and malformed rows are free.
What files can I drop?
Excel, Numbers, CSV, TSV, or a plain text list. A Google Sheets export works too. Spreadsheets convert in the browser when you drop them.
