Drop a list of numbers on /bulk and the quote shows all four as toggles on the one column. Validation reads the numbering plan. Carrier asks who serves each number today, with the burner flag and whether it ported. Caller ID adds the name registered to each North American number, exactly as the phone company holds it, usually in all caps. Live status asks the network whether the number is assigned and whether the handset is reachable right now.
The toggle is the purchase
Carrier starts on, because a dropped phone list is usually a carrier question. Caller ID and live status start off. Flipping one on adds its columns to the preview and its line to the price, counted on unique numbers only. Flip it off and it leaves the bill.
