Let me tell you what this column is

A column called Contact could hold names, emails, or phone numbers. The values help, but automatic detection will not always have enough information to choose.

The person who uploaded the file usually knows. They need a way to say what the column is without renaming it in another application and uploading the file again.

In the bulk preview, a column that was skipped can have a small menu beside its header. Open it and choose from the kinds that fit the sample. The menu is called "Parse as". It gives you a correction to make where you can still see the values you are correcting.

If you choose phone numbers and they need country context, the country question opens in that same menu. Confirm it there, and the quote is checked again with the new selection. Closing the country question without confirming leaves the column alone.

Keep the file in view

The first version of this interaction replaced the quote with a checking screen. I wanted to keep the preview where it was. You have just pointed at a column, so taking the whole sheet away makes it harder to follow what happened.

Now the quote stays visible while the new choice is checked. A short status shows what is being added, and the returned columns appear beside the source. Payment and starting the run wait until that check finishes, so the price you approve corresponds to the selected work.

The menu offers plausible choices from the sample, not every product for every column. It is a way to help bulk understand the file you have, while keeping the preview and price useful.
